Service Description

This advanced 6 week program takes moves that require stability, strength and proper lumbar spine activation to the next level setting you up for long term gains in strength training and reducing workout injuries. You will come away with exercises designed to engage your core and support your back safely through heavier lifts and functional movements allowing you to up your workout intensity safely. Prerequisite - Primary - Level 1 - 3 and approval to attend this workshop! The best movement is achieved with a deep mind body connection created from your experience in the proceeding class level!
